Next week’s jackpot will be €21,700. CEMETERY SUNDAY Due to the ongoing restrictions on numbers there will be no mass in Roundwood Cemetery this year. SHEEP BREEDERS Aughrim Sheep Breeders will hold their Annual Show and Sale on Friday, 3rd September 2021 in Carnew Mart. Sheep will be penned and sold in the usual Class format. AN TOCHAR GAA CLUB DRAW An Tochar GAA:50/50 Club Draw: Our first 50/50 Club Draw took place on Saturday, June 26th. Congratulations to the winner, Rowena Brady, who received €1,110. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and supported our new fundraising draw. Our next draw takes place on Saturday July 31st, , with 50% of the pot going to the lucky winner, and the other 50% going to Club. Hospital transport is being provided as per usual. Counselling for cancer sufferers and their family is available. Reflexology, massage and other therapies are available also. The personal alarm offers reassurance to allow independent living, safe in the knowledge that you can quickly be in contact with a family member or neighbour in the event of an emergency.
