Each year Music in Calary has put on a concert in October to celebrate and fundraise for the work of Sister Mary Killeen with street boys in Mukuru, Nairobi. This year we have decided to make a change and to invite you to an afternoon tea at CalaryChurch between 3 and 6 pm on Sunday 6 July with live music and an African Twist. All donations raised that afternoon will go to support the work of Sister Mary. We hope that you will be able to join us.

CHILDREN’S ART COMPETITION
As part of the Roundwood Agricultural Show on August 3rd an art competition for primary school children will take place. The theme this year is again around biodiversity on the farm and is entitled ‘The Real Bug’s Life’. Entries should be A4 landscape in size with the child’s name, class, school and parents contact number on the reverse side. Entries can be placed in the Roundwood Lotto box above the ATM in Centra Roundwood by July 31st
CREATIVE BUGS
The Roundwood Agricultural Show will also host a competition for creative kids to make a bug of any type out of recycled materials. Bug creations can be entered into the competition on the Show Day, the 3rd of August. So put the thinking caps on now and start gathering recycled materials for your masterpiece.
