Will take place at Derralossary Church and graveyard on Saturday 5th of July from 10am to 4pm. Please bring a strimmer, fuel & line, a rake, gloves, eye protection, refreshments and wear strong footwear. Lawnmowers for rough ground would also be most helpful. All help most welcome even for a short period.

Results of the draw held on Sunday June 22nd. There was no jackpot winner the numbers drawn were 19, 20, 23, & 27 There was one match three winner. D.Connick. Next week’s jackpot €10,900.

CHILDREN’S ART COMPETITION  

As part of the Roundwood Agricultural Show on August 3rd an art competition for primary school children will take place. The theme this year is again around biodiversity on the farm and is entitled ‘The Real Bug’s Life’. Entries should be A4 landscape in size with the child’s name, class, school and parents contact number on the reverse side. Entries can be placed in the Roundwood Lotto box above the ATM in Centra Roundwood by July 31st 

CREATIVE BUGS  

The Roundwood Agricultural Show will also host a competition for creative kids to make a bug of any type out of recycled materials. Bug creations can be entered into the competition on the Show Day, the 3rd of August. So put the thinking caps on now and start gathering recycled materials for your masterpiece. 

SOCIAL WHIST  

Next Whist will take place on Wednesday June 25th starting at 8.00 pm in the Parish Hall. Come along and enjoy a night of cards with us.
