BI-ATHLON
It’s that time of year again to dust down the bikes and get out the runners for our annual Biathlon on December 27th. Starting time is 1:40pm for walkers and 2pm for cyclist/runners. Kildare Wicklow ETB is seeking applications from community and volunteer groups who wish to organise classes in the community. A number of people have expressed an interest in Art Classes in Roundwood, however a minimum number of participants is required. CHARITY FOOTBALL MATCH
The community of Roundwood are coming together for a under 30s v over 30s charity football match with all proceeds going to the Jack and Jill foundation on the 30th December in Enniskerry Youths Club. Celebrations afterwards in the Coach House Lounge at 6pm for presentation, refreshments and music. All donations accepted on the day. Everyone welcome. 2015 PARISH SALE OF WORK
A big thank you to everyone in our parish on the phenomenal success of our recent Sale of Work. The amount raised came to almost €15,000 which is really a phenomenal parish effort. Thanks must go to the people who helped out with the preparations, those who managed all the different stalls and also those who stayed back to help with the clean up. Thank you also to the local business people and individuals who generously gave donations. To everyone who came along on the day and gave their support we hope you found it a enjoyable social day out and once again thank you.

There was no jackpot in last week’s draw. The numbers drawn were 8, 9, 25 & 29. There were five match three winners Margaret Cullen, Treasa O’Toole, Claire Fogarty, Mary Kavanagh & Billy. Next week’s jackpot will be €19,100
