ROUNDWOOD & DISTRICT TEXT ALERT
Community volunteers are now delivering information and sign up forms to all houses in the Roundwood Garda District. Those volunteers will be calling back over the coming weeks to collect the forms and subscription monies. Many of the volunteers are distributing within their own areas and should be known to you. An official receipt will be given for all money collected. If you have any concern regarding the person calling for money, please telephone 087 9040470 for verification.

Hearty congrats to Rebecca Molloy who won a bronze All-Ireland medal in the under 13 girls High Jump in Tullamore, at the All Ireland Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Saturday 26th. She jumped a massive height of 1.40mts. Also well done to Eve & Sean Leacy (high jump) and Ciaran Byrne (hammer) who also took part in the All-Ireland’s

Roundwood AFC is holding their AGM on Wednesday 6th August 2014 @ 8pm in Roundwood Parish Hall. Any nominations for committee positions or correspondence must be with the club secretary no later than Wed 30th July 2014.

ADULT FRENCH CLASSES

MONEYSTOWN DANCE
John flood will play in Moneystown community centre on Friday 8th August from 9.30pm till 12 midnight. Teas, refreshments, door prizes. Come along and enjoy a night of waltzing, jive etc. Next dance will be on September 12th, with music by the Wicklow man.

Roundwood Home Producers Market continues in Roundwood Parish Hall on Sundays from 12noon – 5p.m every Sunday. Come for your home baking, jams, crafts, vegetables, plants, etc. New members always welcome.
