2pm: Vintage Vehicle Parade, with IUNVA colour party & 17th Wicklow Scout Group.
Field attractions:- Bungee trampoline, Vintage car & tractor display, Dog Show, Scarecrow competition, Pet’s Corner, Bungee Run & Kid’s Corner, Bottle fishing, Face painting, 1st Responders, Guess the weight of the lamb, Geese herding, Horseshoe throwing, Hang Tough challenge, sheaf pitching & nappy hanging competitions, archery & much more. Young, local talent in the entertainment tent & Tea tent with refreshments
4.30pm Registration for Tug o’ War: youth & inter pub competitions.
Street entertainment:- BBQ at Tóchar House – the proceeds from this BBQ fund the running costs of the festival.
3.00pm Inter club fun race

6:30pm Raffle at Vartry House & the “Load of Balls Downhill Ball Race”
2.00pm – 6.00pm Parish Hall Traditional Craft Show:- Pottery, wood turning, quilters, weavers, lace making, basket weaving, farrier, origami and kimono wearing, ‘earthquake elephants’ fundraising. Roundwood Home Produce Market selling fabulous wares.
8.30pm Sunday Evening/Night At Byrne & Woods/Vartry House Street Party with Citizen J & guests till late.
Wednesday 1st August 6:30pm
Guided tour of Altidore Castle. Discover the history of the Altidore Castle and its significance within the Roundwood Area. Cost €10. Pre-booking essential as spaces limited. Phone Cleo on or after 26th July at 087 9293737 to book your place
Saturday 4th August
9.00am Hill Walk meet at Vartry House. Pre-booking essential for bus transport to and from walk. Stunning circular route taking in Kanturk & Scarr. €5 charge for hill walk.

11.00am Free Teddy Bear’s Picnic at GAA Centre Games and entertainment for kids provided. Bring your own picnic.
4.30pm Canoe Races on Upper Vartry Reservoir Bray Road. Canoe and water safety equipment supplied. Entry fee €5. Veteran, adult & youth competition. Open to all swimmers aged 13 years and older parking available at Roundwood AFC on Bray road.
7.30pm Free fun Veteran Challenge football match at Roundwood AFC Come see the mature football whizzes in the village slog it out to claim the match.
8:00pm Blind Date: at Aras an Tochar, Doors open 7pm €10 Entry, a night of fun promised.
Jim McCabe of Classic Hits 4FM will MC at various events over the weekend.
Thursday 2nd August
6.30pm Fun Team Challenge. Free fun team-based obstacle challenge at GAA Centre. Team of 4 to include max 2 adults over 16 years and up to three children. Children must 8 years or older.
8.30pm Set Dancing in Kavanagh’s Vartry House Entry €5 Live music. Lesson at 8.30pm and dancing starts at 9.00pm. The excellent Sheila will call the sets. No previous experience required – come along and try it out.
|Friday 3rd August
7.00pm Charity Walk to raise funds for the formation of Roundwood Cancer Support – 6.4km walk on the Upper Reservoir Trail – Leaving from Roundwood AFC on Bray road.
7:30pm Family Céili/set dancing at Parish Hall. Join Sheila Kavanagh and McGrath Flood School for a fun time and try out some waltzes, céili and set dancing. Suitable for all ages and ability level. Entry €5, kids go free
