There’s lots for all members of the family to do at the Roundwood Festival in 2017. Here’s a flavour of some of the activities that the children might enjoy!
Thursday, 3rd August Fun Team Challenge 6.30pm at Arás and Tóchar
This will be a fun evening full of team-based challenges as we invite to try out the revamped obstacle course for 2017, which will feature the ‘human conveyor belt’ among many other whacky challenges.
Teams will have four people. A maximum of 2 adults (17 years of age or older) can be on a team. The remainder of team-mates must be children. All children participating must be 8 years of age or older.
This year it will be possible for four teams to run the obstacle course at the same time and yes there will be a trophy for the winning team.
Saturday, 5th August 11:00am Teddy Bears’ Picnic.
This is a free event being organised for the kids. Pack up your picnic goodies, bring along the kids and their favourite teddy bear(s) to Aras an Tochar (Roundwood GAA Club) at 11:00am. Lots of fun and games are guaranteed for teddies & their owners. Parent or guardian must remain with children at all times.
